Petite Retreat

These six-week retreats support individuals recently diagnosed with dementia and their care partners. Participants engage in social activities, educational sessions, and emotional support.

Offers family members and caregivers of people with dementia a space to share experiences and find support.

Education & training for formal and informal care partners to access information for support and best practices primarily related to cognitive diagnoses.
