Comprehensive nursing care in a comfortable and home-like setting
Maryland Nursing Home Family Experience of Care Survey Results for 2024
The Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) conducts the Maryland Nursing Home Family Experience of Care Survey to share information about the care received in Maryland nursing homes, through a statewide report and individual facility reports. This survey is completed by a responsible party (usually a family member) for a long-term resident of a nursing home. The survey asks responsible parties to evaluate key aspects of the nursing home experience, including staff communication, respect, support, and overall satisfaction.
