Wise & Well Class Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our goal is to be fair to participants while ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality programs for our community.

Class Registration

  • Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
  • Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as class sizes are limited.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for:
    • A full refund, or
    • A class credit that can be used toward a future Wise & Well class.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund, but may receive a class credit at the discretion of the Wise & Well team.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Multi-Session Classes & Series

  • For multi-week or series-based classes:
    • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first session begins.
    • Once a series has started, refunds are not available for missed sessions.
    • Partial credits may be considered in special circumstances.

Class Cancellations by Wise & Well

  • If Wise & Well cancels a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to transfer registration to another class.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Requests must be received within the applicable time frame to be eligible.

Special Circumstances

  • We recognize that emergencies happen. Please reach out if you experience an unexpected hardship—we review these situations with care and compassion.
