Wise & Well Class Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our goal is to be fair to participants while ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality programs for our community.
Class Registration
- Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
- Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as class sizes are limited.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A class credit that can be used toward a future Wise & Well class.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund, but may receive a class credit at the discretion of the Wise & Well team.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Multi-Session Classes & Series
- For multi-week or series-based classes:
- Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first session begins.
- Once a series has started, refunds are not available for missed sessions.
- Partial credits may be considered in special circumstances.
Class Cancellations by Wise & Well
- If Wise & Well cancels a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer registration to another class.

Special Circumstances
- We recognize that emergencies happen. Please reach out if you experience an unexpected hardship—we review these situations with care and compassion.
