The Social Engagement Program at Keswick’s Cognitive & Caregiver Resource Center gives adults living with memory loss or early cognitive changes the space to connect, create, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment. At the same time, it provides caregivers with peace of mind and valuable respite.

Keswick Social Engagement Program Eligibility
To ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment, participants in Keswick’s Social Day Program should meet the following criteria:
1. Have a diagnosis of a neurocognitive condition such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, or a related disorder.
2. Be able to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating and using the restroom independently.
3. Participate safely in group activities without persistent exit-seeking or behaviors that pose a danger to self or others.
4. Engage in recreation programs at their own level of ability and benefit.
5. Arrange reliable transportation to and from the center.
6. Manage personal medications independently, as staff cannot store, handle, or administer them.
