In September 2025, Keswick’s Wise & Well Center marked an exciting milestone: seven years of helping older adults in Baltimore live healthier, more connected, and more creative lives.
The anniversary celebration brought together members, instructors, and community partners to reflect on all that’s been achieved since Wise & Well first opened its doors in 2018.
Celebrating Growth Together
Over the past year, Wise & Well has welcomed 652 unique participants to classes, workshops, and events. Members logged:
- 1,044 classes in movement, arts, and wellness.
- 490 group workouts and more than 1,000 personal training sessions.
- 653 works of art created and admired, from seasonal art shows to museum visits.
Special Highlights
- Intergenerational events like the Active Aging Week Luncheon fostered connection across generations.
- Our blood drive supported the American Red Cross, with 32 donors impacting 96 lives.
- Cooking demonstrations, lectures, and arts programming offered fresh opportunities to learn, create, and thrive.
Looking Ahead
The team at Wise & Well remains committed to its mission of helping all of us improving the experience of aging, together. The upcoming year will bring more evidence-based wellness programs, creative arts opportunities, and special events designed to support the health and happiness of older adults and their families in Baltimore.
